Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Sessions are non-refundable. However, we are committed to your satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please share your concerns with Sagan so we can make sure you are fully satisfied with this experience.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing your session, you'll submit a survey and we'll book our session from there.
What can I expect from my session?
Prior to your Face Reading session, you will complete a brief welcome form (just a few questions so Sagan knows what you want from the session in advance), as well as submit several specific photos of your face (as described in the welcome form).
At the Face Reading session (a virtual video call), Sagan will tell you what she sees in your face and the meanings behind it, provide insights and recommendations for you (based on what you submitted in the Face Reading welcome survey — e.g. how to use the information in your face for improving productivity and personal fulfillment, the beauty and meaning in those features or wrinkles that you currently dislike so you can learn to see them in a new way, etc), and answer any questions you have. She may also recommend follow-up Face Reading services if you have additional questions or if there's more we want to delve into, together, beyond that initial Face Reading session.
After the Face Reading session, you will receive a recording of our video call and a brief anonymous survey for you to share your sincere feedback, plus any recommendations for follow-up sessions.
Can I purchase Face Reading sessions more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase it again.
Terms & Conditions
- You must make your payment and complete the initial welcome form, as well as submit photos of your face, BEFORE we schedule our session. (Upon completing this form, Sagan will be in touch to arrange an appointment time with you.)
- Each session will be approximately 45 minutes long.
- You will receive a downloadable recording of your session within approximately 24 hours of the session. If you wish to keep a copy of it for your records, you are responsible for downloading it within one (1) week of getting it (after which it will be deleted from the cloud and may no longer be available for you to access).
- Your session must be booked within three (3) months of purchase, or you may forfeit access to it.
- We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up! However, in the case of needing to reschedule any sessions, please do this ASAP so we can make adjustments accordingly. Sagan will do the same for you.
- In the case of Sagan arriving late to a session, you will receive a corresponding extra amount of time from her to accommodate.
- In the case of you arriving late to a session, it may cut into your session time (and extra session time may not be provided).
- Arriving more than ten (10) minutes late to your session may be counted as a no-show to that session.
- All sessions must be paid for in advance.
- Sessions are non-refundable. However, we are committed to your satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please share your concerns with Sagan so we can make sure you are fully satisfied with this experience.
- As this is a new service, Face Reading sessions are currently offered at a significantly reduced rate in exchange for your sincere feedback and/or testimonial. You agree to answer a brief survey after the session, sharing your feedback (being featured as a testimonial is optional).
